Returns & Refunds

We want you to love the garment or accessory that you purchased from us. If you have any questions or comments about your recent purchase, please feel free to contact us at your convenience.

Please read carefully before purchasing

In the event that an item does need to be returned or exchanged, please comply with the following procedures:

RETURN & REFUNDS GENERAL GUIDELINES:

  • Only full priced items are eligible for return.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Unfortunately, all items purchased on sale are final sale items and not eligible for returns or refunds.  Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
  • Our online store return/exchange policy is 14 days from receipt of package (The tracking number tells us when the package was received).  You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of package to be eligible for a return and the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of package. 
  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!  Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS & RETURNS:

STANDARD INVENTORY

  • For an item to be eligible for a return, it must be have been purchased at full price  and the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition and package that it was shipped.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • Non- refundable items 
    • Gift cards
    • Items purchased on sale or discounted items
    • Shipping costs on original purchase and return shippings costs

ATELIER COLLECTION ITEMS 

MADE TO ORDER ATELIER ITEMS / PERSONALIZED / CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  These items were made specifically for you and cannot be returned.

    In the event that an item does need to be returned or exchanged, please comply with the following procedures:

    PROCEDURE FOR REFUNDS & RETURNS

    • For eligible items, send us an email within 14 days of receipt of item to advise us that you would like to return a purchase that you have made (please include your order number) and to make sure that the item in question is eligible for a refund (You may not realize that you bought an item on sale!).

     

    • If the purchase is eligible for return we will issue a return authorization number and a return address. Mail us the item you wish to return with the receipt and the return authorization number.  

     

    • *Please note that we do not offer free shipping for returns. Shipping costs associated with returning an item are the purchaser's responsibility and are non-refundable.  When shipping the item(s) you wish to return, we suggest that you purchase shipping with tracking so both parties can track the package.  We will know that you shipped it and you will know that we received it.   

     

    • We reserve the right to decline returns of items that exhibit signs of wear or do not adhere to the aforementioned return conditions.

     

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

     

    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 6-10 business days.

    Late or missing refunds

    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.   Normally, refunds are issued within 6-10 business days or sooner.

     

    We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
