SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipping policies are subject to change.  Some offers are limited time offers which will usually appear on the announcement bar at the top of our website, on our social media accounts or other prominently placed locations on our website.

ORDER FULFILMENT & SHIPPING

• Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday (9-5pm), with the exception of statutory federal and provincial holidays.  Please allow 2-10 business days to prepare your order for picking and packing your order at the warehouse.  Allow additional time from there for shipping with Canada Post (within Canada) and international carriers for orders outside of Canada.  You will be able to track the shipping of your order via the carrier's tracking link. 

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

• We currently ship in Canada.  For US and international orders, please contact us.

DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

• Duties may apply for orders shipping to international destinations outside of Canada. All duties are the responsibility of the customer.
